Ear and eye protection to be worn at all times when shooting. When at your shooting stand please and we cannot emphasize this enough [DO NOT SWING ROUND WITH YOUR GUN AFTER YOU HAVE FIRED EVEN IF YOU HAVE FIRED BOTH BARRELS].

Payment

All individual or group shooting sessions can be paid for securely online using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, as this payment method accepts all Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.

All shooting sessions that have been booked with an online deposit – will need the outstanding balance paid for at the time of the shoot. We can’t commence shooting till the balance is paid for in full either by cash or online payment.

Failure to turn up for a shooting session will mean the loss of your deposit.

Once you have purchased a shoot via our website, simply phone or email us to book a date and time.

Deposits for regular shooters

A deposit of £10 is needed to secure your booking. If you fail to attend your time slot, we regret – booking fees cannot be refunded.

Proof of purchase

If you have received an e-mail gift voucher or an e-mail receipt for your shoot – you will need to print this out and bring this with you on the day of your shoot. If you are unable to do this, then you can also present your proof of purchase on your mobile phone or tablet.

Cancellations made by Straight shooters LTD

Very rarely, shoots or events are cancelled or postponed. Should this occur, we will contact all customers by email or by phone as quickly as possible. If we are forced to cancel a shoot an event you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note: in the event of a shooting session being cancelled or rescheduled, Straight Shooters LTD cannot be held responsible for any travel costs incurred by the customer.

Cancellations made by the customer

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your shooting session, you will need to contact us via email or telephone with at least 24 hours’ notice. We cannot issue a refund on the day of the shoot.

Entry Requirements to the Shooting Ground

The right to refuse admission to our shooting ground is reserved by Straight shooters Ltd, who may make judgements regarding: health and safety and security concerns. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the shooting ground due to being:, abusive, threatening, under the influence of alcohol or any other illegal substance.

Our current minimum age limit to shoot is set at 10 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult. We may request proof of ID.

Friends and spectators under 15 years of age are able to come along – but will need to be accompanied with an adult.

Data Protection

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless required to by law. We will always respect your privacy and comply with current data protection legislation. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
